Safety, Verification and Reporting

This page explains exactly what our verification review covers, what it deliberately does not cover, and the controls available to you. Everyone using this platform must be 18 or over.

What verification actually checks

What a verified badge means

The badge appears only after our team has reviewed an identity document supplied by the profile owner and matched it to the person in the profile photos. It confirms that a real, identifiable adult controls the account.

What it does not mean

It is not a background check, a health check, a reference, or an endorsement of any service. It does not guarantee that photos are current, that published availability is accurate, or that anything else on the profile is true.

Why some profiles have no badge

A profile without the badge has either not submitted a review or has not completed one. An unbadged profile is not a warning, but it carries less confirmed information.

Why availability is separate

Online and available-now indicators are set by profile owners and change through the day. They are published status, not a promise of a response, and they are never part of the verification review.

Before you arrange anything

We are a directory. We do not arrange meetings, take payment for services, or employ anyone listed here, so we cannot vouch for what happens off the platform. The following is general harm-reduction guidance rather than a guarantee of safety.

Reporting and blocking

Report a listing

Every profile has a reporting control. Use it for misleading photos, inaccurate details, suspected impersonation, or behaviour that breaks our terms. Reports reach our moderation team.

Block someone

Blocking stops further contact through the platform and is immediate. You do not need to explain or justify it, and the blocked account is not told why.

Suspected coercion or exploitation

If you believe anyone on this platform is being coerced, is under 18, or is being trafficked, report it immediately and contact the police. We remove such listings on report and cooperate with lawful requests from Kenyan authorities.

Getting help

In an emergency, or where there is an immediate risk to someone's safety, contact the Kenyan emergency services first. For anything concerning this platform, our moderation team is reachable through the support centre and reads every report.

Your information

Profiles show a general area rather than an exact address, and contact details appear only where the profile owner has chosen to publish them. Identity documents submitted for verification are never shown publicly. Our privacy policy sets out what we store and why, and our terms set out what is not permitted here.
